2. Contracting Party

The contracting party is GroupUp. By using the app, you accept these terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• use the app only for legal purposes
• not provide false or misleading information
• respect the rights of other users
• not distribute inappropriate content
• not abuse or manipulate the app

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Groups and Events

When creating groups and events, you are responsible for the content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and block accounts.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts for violations of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you in the app.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
